Larry Powell describes that Fresno is seeing firsthand how summer learning is changing students’ lives for the better, each and every summer. And just as the school year is beginning to wind down, Fresno will host the statewide Summer Matters campaign 2013 Kick-Off on Thursday, May 30th.
